REALTOR® MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

📋Verify Your Eligibility

Before you begin, ensure you meet the following criteria:

Individual Agents Only: Use this form only if you are an individual real estate agent. If you are a branch manager, corporate officer, partner, principal, or owner, please close this page and fill out the Designated REALTOR® | Office Application Form.
Check for Existing ID: If you have ever been a REALTOR® or Affiliate member anywhere in the U.S., you already have a National REALTOR® Database System (NRDS) ID. Look up your ID on the NAR NRDS Lookup Tool to avoid creating a duplicate account.

When to Choose	Williamsburg REALTORS® will be your main association.	You hold active primary membership with another association but want Williamsburg REALTORS® benefits.
Dues Collected	Local, state, and national REALTOR® dues.	WAAR local annual dues only.
Benefits Included	Full governance participation, professional standards enforcement, and all member benefits.	Only WAAR annual dues are collected with this selection.
Requirement	Letter of Good Standing is required for transferring and reactivating REALTORS®	Must submit a current Letter of Good Standing from your primary association.

WMLS & SENTRILOCK SUBSCRIPTION

WMLS Agent Subscription: If you need Williamsburg MLS access, select the subscription level that fits your needs. Options are available with or without SentriLock access.

🔐What is SentriLock? SentriLock is an electronic lockbox system used by authorized real estate professionals to securely access listed properties, manage lockbox access, and track showing activity.

Broker participation: Your Designated REALTOR® or Broker-in-Charge must be a WMLS Participant before WMLS access can be approved.

SentriLock access: SentriLock allows approved real estate professionals to access properties through electronic lockboxes, manage lockbox assignments, use authorized credentials, and view showing activity records.

Training requirement: WMLS and SentriLock access are available only to licensed real estate professionals and other approved individuals who meet applicable requirements. New users and returning users inactive in WMLS for more than one year must complete 3.5 hours of WMLS training within 60 days of receiving access, or services may be suspended.

SUBMISSION
Applications are reviewed after submission. Approval is subject to license verification and payment of applicable dues and fees. You will be notified once your application has been approved.

Access is provided to licensed real estate professionals or otherwise approved individuals in accordance with WMLS Rules and Regulations. Subscribers must comply with all MLS policies, including data use, security, and confidentiality requirements.
NOTE: Your Designated REALTOR® (Broker-In-Charge) is required to be a WMLS Participant.

SentriLock
SentriLock provides secure electronic lockbox and access management services for real estate professionals. Services include the ability to access properties using authorized credentials, manage lockbox assignments, track property access activity, and maintain detailed showing records. Use of SentriLock services is subject to SentriLock terms and conditions and all applicable MLS and association policies.
