Instructions

Please complete all required sections of the application and upload the requested documentation, including a copy of your VREB-issued real estate license.

A Designated REALTOR® must hold an active Broker’s license issued by the Virginia Real Estate Board (VREB) and be officially designated as the supervising broker for the firm or branch office. The Broker-in-Charge is responsible for the oversight of all licensed and affiliated individuals within the office, ensuring compliance with the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, MLS Rules and Regulations, and all applicable local, state and national association policies.

NOTE: If you are NOT the branch manager, corporate officer, partner and/or principal/owner of a real estate company, do NOT use this form; complete the REALTOR® Membership Agreement.

Williamsburg MLS
The Participant (Broker-in-Charge) assumes full responsibility for the firm’s participation in the Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service (WMLS), including oversight of MLS access, data security, and compliance with all governing rules and regulations.

SentriLock
SentriLock provides secure electronic lockbox and access management services for real estate professionals. Services include the ability to access properties using authorized credentials, manage lockbox assignments, track property access activity, and maintain detailed showing records. Use of SentriLock services is subject to SentriLock terms and conditions and all applicable MLS and association policies.

WMLS OFFICE $300.00 One-Time Fee

A real estate firm whose Broker-in-Charge is an approved Participant of the Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service (WMLS). The office’s participation in WMLS is contingent upon the active status of its designated Participant (Broker-in-Charge)
