This course provides a practical foundation in Fair Housing laws and ethical real estate practices. Participants will gain insight into equitable client service, public protection, and professional standards. Approved for 2HR Fair Housing PLE/CE or Appraiser CE and fulfills the NAR Triennial education requirement.
