• This course is the main requirement for the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification. Successful completion of this course also fulfills the elective-course requirement to earn the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.
